Genuine establishment in the Union matters for this role: Article 22 requires the representative to be established in the EU, not merely to present an EU-facing brand.
For AI Act Article 22 work, we focus on what the role actually requires: mandate clarity, document availability, authority communication and a disciplined boundary between representative tasks and provider obligations. We do not market the role as general compliance consulting, and we do not take on the provider's own compliance duties.
